    i am trying to play mvp 2004 on it in hd mode...but my tv doesn't support 720p

    is there something else i can do

      For the most part games don't support 720p if I'm not mistaken. Do you have an xbox? You need the xbox hd pack to get the best picture. If you have a PS2 then maybe some of the other guys can answer that question for you. I know the PS2 isn't as good looking as the xbox version of games though.

If you have a PS2 then maybe some of the other guys can answer that question for you. I know the PS2 isn't as good looking as the xbox version of games though.

                  most tv's especially the Mitsu's don't support 720p. only a select few tv's support it or will up-convert the signal to 1080i. even if you have the hd-pack and your tv doesn't support it, you're gonna have to go back into your dashboard, disable only the 720p option, and then your game will play in 480p. the xbox doesn't have the power to up-convert, it can only down-convert. it's sad i know, but that's how it goes
