Good Fellas or Casino?...

Two films with identical themes and essentially identical cast members. I love'em both, but which is better? One thing's for sure, Joe Pesse gets it worse in the end in Casino rather than Good Fellas. I'd rather be shot and get it over with quick than being beaten with a baseball bat and buried while I was still breathing. Yikes. Discuss.

GOODFELLAS.

the movie is flawless to me. the acting, pacing, dialogue, everything is just perfect. and i think the score in this movie is just beautiful, the scenes just synch so well with the music being played. i love Casino, but Goodfellas is the better movie.

Definatly goodfellas, i do love casino, but i think the movie is too long for its own good.

casino was way too long. Goodfellas is a classic i can watch over and over, casino was one time and done.

I'm gonna go with Good Fellas as well. Although Casino gets the nod for most painful death scene ever. The part where Pesse puts that guys head in a vice. Man, what a way to go out into the night.

I have the Casino Anniversary Edition DVD right in front of me right now.

Both are great movies but I prefer Casino. The end of the movie was extrememly powerful and brutal.

On the topic of Goodfellas, I'm surprised at how often Henry Hill continues to appear on the Stern show. It's funny when callers rag on him for being a snitch.

its easy, Goodfellas. Casino is a great movie, but Goodfellas is a CLASSIC. What line in Casino matches "Funny like how? Funny like a clown? I'm I here to amuse you?"
