Angels and Airwaves mainly because it's the only album I know I'm waiting for.

Also, after reading about it in this thread...the new Outkast CD.

There should be a new Thursday album to hit toward the middle to end of the year. For some reason, they're like my favorite band ever(I cant figure out exactly why).


The song I'm looking most forward to is "Pomp and Circumstance"...

Butch Walker has two albums planned for next year -- one more like Letters, the other more like Left of Self-Centered.

Mike Garrigan and Collective Soul both have DVDs coming out in the first couple months. Mike's Live At The Evening Muse is a career-spanning set that looks incredible that's due in a couple weeks. Collective Soul's Home is from their two night stint playing with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra last year and is due in February.

John Mayer's Continuum should be one of my top five albums of 2006.

Rhett Miller is releasing his second solo album, The Believer in February and it should also be one of the year's stronger CDs.

Angie Aparo has an album in the works with his band, The Infidels, that he is currently trying to find a label for. It may or may not come out this year.

Five Star Iris have their first full-length album due this year under that bandname, and their first recorded work since the 2003 self-titled EP -- two members ago and under the name Another Man Down they released a couple albums which were just phenomenal.

David Ryan Harris is planning on releasing a re-working of his 2004 album Soulstice with John Mayer's touring band which should be quite fine. Can't wait to hear an already awesome album get even better.

Glen Phillips also has a new album he's finishing up over the next couple months. Should hopefully see it by the summer, if he can find someone to put it out that soon.

I really do hope that Mitch Allan can finally get Crawling My Way To The Middle out. His last work, SR-71's Here We Go Again was probably his strongest work lyrically and he has said this material is light years better.

And, of course, there's always the hopes and dreams of the long-rumored Sara Watkins solo CD. I'm not going to get hyped for that one though until I actually hear something official. Chris Thile may get an album out in '06 though, which would tide me over for a little while at least.

Oh yeah. Duh. Black Market Radio's debut album releases this month, so I'm looking forward to that gem.

Strata has a new album due out sometime next year according to their Myspace page. Can't wait for that!
