The cougar incident from Season 2 was overblown.

I heard about it being the lowpoint of 24 period but the whole cougar incident only took up about 1/3rd of an episode. Before I watched Season 2 I thought it was going to spread out over 2 or 3 episodes.

Okay where does the Rudy character rank in the annoying list for 24 ...

I still rank Chapelle from District above Rudy
