    Andy Stitzer: Yeah?
Cal: We went to Tijuana, Mexico, you know? And we thought it would be fun, you know, to go to a show. Everybody says you gotta check out one of these shows. And... it's a woman ****in' a horse. We get there and we think it's gonna be awesome and... it is not as cool as it sounds like it's gonna be. It's kinda gross.
    Andy Stitzer: Yeah.
Cal: You think "A woman ****in' a horse" and you get there and... it's a woman ****ing a horse.
    Andy Stitzer: Yeah.
Cal: It was really giving it to her. And you know what? To be honest I just felt bad for her, we all just felt bad for her.
    Andy Stitzer: Yeah.
Cal: I kinda felt bad for the horse!
    Andy Stitzer: Wow, that's something.

    That killed me.

Yeah, see I didn't even crack a grin at that scene. The supporting cast just didn't cut it for me. It could have been funny, but the jew-fro guy just had a bad delivery. Seemed forced and awkward.

      Re: 40 Year Old Virgin

I received this movie for Christmas. I was very excited about it. But when I actually sat down to watch it, I was very disappointed. Some of the parts were funny, but I mostly just sat there uninterested thinking "When is this gonna end?" I was overall not very pleased. Although I do love Steve Carrell's work.

I still think that Anchorman is the funniest movie that I have ever seen, followed closely by Vegas Vacation. The supporting cast in Anchorman was hilarious. Actually I think everyone was funny in that movie.

Vince Vaughn: "Hey fellas, I didn't know the Salvation Army was having a sale."

Steve Carrell: "Oh yeah? Well where did you get those clothes from, the Toilet Store?"

      Hilarious.

I thought Wedding Crashers was horrible. After they crashed all the Weddings Vince Vaughn became stupid and a softy. It really made me sick.

I finally got around to watching it again.

And I was wrong, it was funny. I don't think I appreciated the humor before. Not sure I was in the right mind-set.

Since this was dug up, anybody get the new version on DVD? It was a really funny movie but I am totally against buying the same movie on DVD multiple times, just wondering if there is anything interesting on the new DVD?

"Yeah... she was adorable... ****ing bitch."

Speaking of 40 Year Old Virgin, I can't wait for Knocked Up, that is going to be hilarious, same director.

Yeah, I agree that Anchorman is the funiest. I literally laugh at every single line in that movie.

                    Re: 40 Year Old Virgin

40 Year Old Virgin is up there with Coming To America IMHO.

                    Funny from start to finish.

Maybe because I saw the unrated DVD and not the cleaned up theatre version. But this movie had me dying.

Some of the single funniest scenes ever:

Kevin Hart: I'm also gonna need that extended warranty for the price of....on the house.

You mean the unrated version? I have it but since I didn't buy the dvd before a few weeks ago I don't know what's on it that wasn't on the first version.

I think 40 yr old virgin, anchorman type movies just need to be watched with a mindset of stupidity. You are not watching great movies. You are watching for the hilarious stupid stuff going on. All the one liners. I didnt like either of this movies on first viewing. It took a few viewings to fully appreciate them.

I agree. Since Old School, Dodgeball and a couple of others he's been rather dissapointing. My wife has pestered me to death to watch the Break-Up with her so last night I ordered it On Demand. What a load of rubbish!
