      whoa.

another amazing season... cant anyone step up to IAD and just put him in his place.

i dont even think theres enough evidence to convict him. is he planning on having lem killed in prison by the time the trial starts.

this is crazy... He saves his life and gets prison time in exchange.. the man is ruthless.. no heart for cops or family.

Great episode and I hate having to wait week by week to see this show. JC went crazy and now Lem is looking to be in jail with Antoinne.

Did anyone catch that they did not read Lem his Miranda rights? Just curious.

Great Episode. Best Television series ever.

I'm thinking the season finale is going to be a let down now. Kavanaugh is finished. With what he told Dutch, and what Vic and Lem saw on the video, there's no way he could successfully prosecute the strike team. I'm beginning to wonder if Rawling isn't going to show up and save the day at the end.

On a side note, I loved how none of the cops were cooperative in the arrest of Lem.

Maybe I missed something. What did he tell Dutch that is ruining his chance to prosecute the strike team? About his wife?

But of course the black dude who's a tightwad was willing to cooperate.

Despite the power IAD can weild, Kavanaugh isn't allowed to talk about the particulars of the case with other officers. Telling Dutch that Mackey gave his wife $65,000 is a serious breach of protocol. Any testimony from Dutch would be shredded by the defense.

Even Julien was hestitant to put Lem in the cage.

I find it odd that Kavanaugh thinks he is going to get away with pairing Lem with Antwon Mitchell. If anything happened to Lem, Becca would have a field day in court on Kavanaugh's meeting with Mitchell.

im also wondering... isnt there some kind of cop code or law preventing them from going to general prison.. they need protective custody..just a small gripe. makes next weeks episode so unrealistic.

btw, who the hell is JC??? lol

Generally, I think that cops are kept separate from the general population, but I don't think there's any set rule for that. Pairing a cop who is yet to be convicted with a crime lord like Antwon Mitchell, who was just busted by the team, is a serious breach of protocol. In the real world, Kavanaugh would be released from his duties for a stunt like that.

                      Jon C(K)avanaugh?

The cast and crew on the official website show his name as "Jon Kavanaugh"

There is plenty of evidence to convict Lem. Even if the elsalvadorian girl doesnt testify, IAD still found the brick of heroin in Lem's car and he never submitted it for evidence. That alone could still lead to a conviction.

Thats only if Vic's lawyer knows that he told Dutch about the 65,000 and right now she doesnt.

Thats true. I think the previews are misleading though. I think Lem is in the same prison but not in gen pop. Also, im not sure but IAD doesnt decide which section of prison you are placed. That should be up to the assigned judge and warden.
