I didn't like the episode it kind of reminded me of the dream episodes but I hope they get better. I do hope they continue Rome after Sopranos is over because that's the best show on HBO.

        Did they cancel Rome?

I have to go back and watch this episode one more time just to give one more viewing. I guess I was expecting some big bang of sorts to start off the show..........but maybe the big bang is all the undertones of this episode that will lead to bigger things later on in the season.

Good point if that's the case.

Canada authorities and US authorites work together and trade information all of the time.

if they get the idea that Americans were involved in the murder, the Canadian authorities would involve the FBI at least as far as gathering information

I believe it was planned for two seasons in the first place, but I could be wrong. The second season, while excellent, felt rushed they definitely could have expanded the series more.

nah nearly impossible cause then the hit wouldtve gone diwn, it wouldve been a set up and he would have been arrested when he got to the complex where the dude lived.

Hard to imagine that Heel, considering that "the guys" contracted out a murder that was consummated. Because of the death of the targeted man, I'm not sure it would be admissible in court.

The Sopranos: ''Soprano Home Movies'' Review
A gun charge, drunken Monopoly, and a dead Canadian = 9.5

Aside from Bobby and Tony working things out, we got minor updates this episode on a few characters. In New York, we saw that Phil's out of the hospital, but he sounds like he's setting himself up for retirement more than anything else. A.J.'s still dating single mother Blanca, going so far as to have her name tattooed on his arm and refer to where she lives as "our neighborhood." And Christopher's more distracted than ever by his Hollywood film, Cleaver, with Tony seeming to write him off as his heir apparent. There's a ton of characters we'd love to check in with soon -- Paulie, Silvio, and Dr. Melfi are just a few -- but we'll apparently have to wait to see them at all.

Judging by what was shown this episode, there seem to be a few continuing stories they'll be focusing on in the next few episodes. Tony's concern with his age and not having a reliable heir, with the feds on his tail, will likely be his primary focus for the remainder of the series, as long as he doesn't get too distracted along the way by little things like Bobby kicking his ***. It should be interesting to see what's going to happen with the New York crew, now that Phil may be ceding his power -- will the new boss be even more willing to take on Tony than Phil was before his heart attack? And Bobby's first hit will undoubtedly have repercussions -- even if his bumbling at the crime scene doesn't get him tracked down and arrested, Bobby's going to have to live for the first time with killing a man, something that changes him from being the relatively peaceful, innocent and nice guy he's been to date.

This dude usually has a pretty nice writeup on the episodes.

I'm a little late to this episode which pissed me off because I was waiting and watching the calender every week for it. Damn dish troubles...

But I finally got to see it Tuesday and what can I say, I liked it a lot. Other than Carmela's karaoke singing.

Didn't like the gun charge on Tony at all... especially with the FBI picking up the case.

And what can I say about AJ expect he is one lucky SOB. That girl is smoking hot!
