Just saw a teaser for Sopranos on HBO the other day...I can't believe we're finally 1 month away from the next season! I've been watching occasional episodes from time to time but I've pretty much forgotten what happened in Season 5. Guess I'll have to rent it or try to record them on my DVR to get caught up. I'm hoping this is going to be a really good season after waiting 2 years for it!

I just started watchng about 2 seasons ago...good show. Is this going to be tine final season? And if so, you think they kill Tony off? Or leave him just incase they ever want to bring it back etc. -

yeah, I've pretty much forgotten what happened in season 5 as well. it would be nice if they had a recap episode or something, especially considering the fact that they go years in between seasons.Comment

I thought the teaser was AMAZING! I can't wait for the season, looks great!
As for it being the last, it's all but confirmed. There will be 12 new episodes starting in March, with eight additional starting in January 2007. My thinking is that Tony will be hospitalized (or someone close to him will be killed) at the end of the first set, with things going all to hell over the last eight. I like to think that Tony will be killed, but it will have to be by someone close, otherwise there will be some major loose ends that won't be tied up (unless he's killed with an episode or two to spare).
That trailer on HBO though, with A.J. looking like a made guy on the boat with his dad, or Carmella hiring some goomba for a job, and Johnny Sack smoking in chillin' in jail...I can't wait!I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams

I'm pretty sure before the last season they ran the previous season. I bet they're showing Season 5 re-runs right now...I just need to check the schedule and get the DVR to record them. they've been showing an episode from season 5 every sunday night at 5. Also, for those with Comcast, HBO, and on demand, they have been doing a Sopranos countdown that will go right up to March. They are up to season 4 right now, with season 5 coming in the next few weeks.PS4: aBayBates

Sopranos is a great show most def, I could never find time to get into it so I fell behind and gave up.
But now since HBO on Demand I've been able to watch every episode over the past month or so.
I just finished the season finale of season 3. Time to watch episode number 40 season 4

Season 4 prob was weakest but still was very good. Got Chris going nuts, the whole Furio storyline, Ralphie getting wacked, and a sick final episode.Comment
