New Blue Scholars album, Cinemetropolis, is officially coming out June 14th. With Tech N9ne's new album, All 6s and 7s, coming out the week before on June 7th, those will be a couple great weeks. Can't wait!

Regarding the new Atmosphere, would you guys still consider it a full-on hip-hop offering? I don't have it in my hands and I've only heard a few tracks but a few reviews tend to almost treat it more as G-Funk than anything else.

It's a R&B CD, heavy on the Blues.

So this Atmosphere album just confirmed to me that I just really don't like them. Slug's flow and the way he pronounces words annoys me and I've never been a fan of Ant's production.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Different strokes, I guess. Slug isn't my favorite, but I dig me some Ant beats.

They performed one of their tracks while in LA:

If the rest of the album is like this, then damn...Sabzi killed the beat and Geo is Geo.

Check out Elzhi "The leftovers". It was a free download initially and you can probably find it somewhere online.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.
