Here's the best track off More Grey Hairs...

"Play My Music" (prod. by Statik Selektah)

Do yerself a favor and get the whole thing. Reks & Statik are really killin' it for Lawrence, Mass... I love the how Reks is so topical. Every song, he brings something different to the table.

More Grey Hairs really wasn't that great. It just felt like songs that weren't good enough to make Grey Hairs, except for a couple songs.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

DOOM album is fire to me. Can't quite say where it ranks in terms of the rest of his catalog just yet, but I definitely like it. I've listened to it about 3 times so far. Favorite tracks now:

          Rap Ambush (best song, IMO)
          Batty Boyz (cracks me up)
          Gazillion Ear
          That's That

I'm pretty much a fan of whatever Reks makes, rejected or unrejected... but I do believe that More Grey Hairs doesn't come close to touching Grey Hairs. Not to mention, that the original was my favorite album of 2008.

                This is out on iTunes

                AllHipHop.com
“This is some of my best work to date as a solo artist,” Pooh explained to AllHipHop.com. “I started off recording for a mixtape, but I have a plethora of material that deserved a presentation much larger than a mixtape. Delightful Bars was born from the Dirty Pretty Things, Rapper's Delight, and The Recipe recording sessions. The fans will find that this project serves as the perfect bridge between Sleepers and my upcoming sophomore solo album Dirty Pretty Things.”

I bought it, and if this is as claimed "a middle ground between Sleepers and Dirty Pretty Things", the Dirty Pretty Things is going to be a cesspool.

The best song on there is by far the one with 9th Wonder!!!

yeah, but I expected it from Rappah

I don't know if he knows it, but it's pretty clear that he's still struggling to find his true identity in hip-hop and he's trying to fit some kind of bill, but he really needs to get away from that mindset.

Hey, at least it's better than trying to sing for a change of pace. Cough cough.

Well rumors are we are going to get a hip hop album from him late this year if everything works out.

As far as Pooh, I enjoyed "Sleepers"

I LOVED "Sleepers", but if this is a middle-ground from that to his newest album, I'm pretty scared about what kinda mainstream-type filth he'll be generating.

Yeah, I heard Phonte will be putting out some hip-hop soon... and THAT I can't wait for!

Actually, if there was anyone in the Justus League that I wish could come out with something new soon, it would be Median. Check my love for him in the avi!
