If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

I laugh the most at the Professor. He reminds me of my grandparents so much. They do really funny as heck stuff with the old people jokes. Like the time Professor Farnsworth says (paraphrased):

"With these plans I'm going to build this weapon and it will be a weapon of fierce and awesome power. Governments will tremble at my feet and beg me for mercy. I will rule the entire galaxy!!!!!!!.......................(pause for 10 seconds).........er........what was I doing again? Oh yeah, I need to go buy some milk (turns paper over and writes down MILK on it and puts it in his pocket)"

            Hilarious!!

                Never got into this show.

If you are going to bring back a show, bring back AD.

I thought it was airing new on comedy central, not FOX.

Ok, I remember reading that FOX will just be releasing DVD's, which comedy central will chop into episodes.

                          Re: 'Futurama' to return

This is fantastic news! I hope the Comedy Network here in Canada picks up the new episodes. A lot of Comedy Central material ends up on there.

I always liked Bender and his interactions with Fry. I did feel that the show kinda lost steam near the end but maybe a few years off will bring back some of that creative spark that made the show such a huge hit.

Oh and I hope there's a few more episodes dealing with Nibbler really being this super smart alien being.

I don't know how the show lost steam, it got way better as the years went on.

I found the last 10 or so episodes of the original run to be hm not boring but it wasn't nearly as funny or creative as it was before. It was still by far better then Family Guy which catered and still does to the lowest common denominator.

I don't get why Fox was so ready to bring Family Guy back but not Futurama.
