Un-intentional Comedic Moment Of The Night: When CTU raided the apartment I wonder how Fayed escaped.

Then a CTU agent explained how he had cut a hole in the wall and went down the ventilation system. And then he was able to escape in a medical heli.

Runner up moment was Morris being able to type after he took a power drill to the shoulder.

- Overall those were 2 fantasic episodes. It had a lot of action and drama.
Not having Sandra Palmer around was fantastic.

- Now it looks like Reed and Carson have some "plan" to kill the President so Noah can take over, but Noah doesn't know about the "plan" himself.

- I probably need to watch the last episode again. I swear Gredenko's motive for attacking the US is because he is stiill upset over how the Cold War ended.

- I listened to a Eric Balfour interview on Water Cooler TV and he was asked about what Milo did between Season 1 and 6. He said he did some field training at CTU Denver.

- Ricky, Charles and Martha Logan should appear any moment now. I have a feeling Charles will have information on Gredenko and will recieve a Mandy ..... errr.... Presidential Pardon in exchange for info.

TV Guide has Logan apperaing next week from their preview in this week's mag. He has a beard now and is under house arrest. That's pretty much all that was said, no hints, clues, etc on what his involvement is.

With all the "you have got to be kidding me" incidents, you can't deny the season is really beginning to pick up. That was a great two hour episode.

I'm really interested in seeing how Logan fits into this. Maybe he'll serve as a warning to Wayne? It's probably more than that. I'd still like to see Mike come back as an advisor.

Mike better be back sooner or later...same with Pierce.

And this season is certainly getting good. Every season has had their downpoints, and their slow times, so I'm hoping this season got theirs out of the way early and will really escalate.

By the way.

Anyone else pick up on the fact it sounds like the terrorists have some sort of projectile they want to fire? Gredenko and Fayed said something about a launching device or something of the sort...don't know if it was talked about.

maybe they want to launch a nuclear device into the air and rain down radiation all over the place, is that even possible?

I sort of wish they didn't deviate from the suicide bombings....that stuff was even MORE intense and chilling than what they're doing now.

Yeah, but, okay....they set one off in Valencia (which is outskirts of LA), and they just had one diffused. They need to have the other three be released in major metropolitan areas. It's kind of getting anti-climactic when these major plots are being broken up and nothing occurs. Not to say it's boring, cuz obviously the show is unbelievable, but imagine they actually set off a nuke in a really populated area and then spent some time dealing with the ramifications. They should be spending more time showing what's going on @ the Valencia site.

I totally agree with your last sentence. Because of how rapid fire every occurrence on the show is, I have already more or less forgotten about the nuke that was already detonated. It would definitely have resonated a lot more with viewers if they had shown some of the destruction up close. Instead, all we get is a distant visual of a mushroom cloud. It was still pretty crazy, but it could have been so much more.
