Just imagine when Jack finds out what Graem did from last season.

He'll find out. That's the only reason Itzin comes back to reprise Logan. Don't know why Jean Smart would reprise Martha Logan though

In a related story, at the Bauer household Papa Bauer is still able to hide to cookie jar on top of the fridge and neither Jack or Graem can reach it.

Definitely a flat episode for me.

The most exciting part should've been Jack's dad saving him from getting beat down by the security guards, but that was shown during the preview last week and before the episode tonight.

The last 2 episodes have been pretty lackluster. Usually 24 is full of suspense, but I don't find myself feeling that way the last couple of episodes.

I also think they are showing too much in the previews again. We knew his dad was going to save him this week from the previews, and for next week we already know that he escapes Graem's bodyguards and tortures Graem again.

Also I'm wondering what Miles Jr. (Tom) was handing Palmer. It sounded like from the VP (if that was him on Air Force One) that he might want to impeach Palmer because he isn't strong enough to be president.

Yeah, you kind of get that feeling.

I dunno, I hate to say it, but this show is running flat for me right now. I'm not sure Jack's character can hold much more weight, the current cast at CTU is miserable and the overall storyline having to do with Jack's family is boring.

I also agree about the previews. What's the point of showing Jack and his father being taken away to be killed, and then showing Jack interrogating his brother?

Yeah I saw PTI today too. I agree. It just hasn't had that same "hooking" effect the last 5 seasons have had, and I personally don't like just about everyone on the cast right now. It seems like the plot line has so much potential but nothing feels like it has development, just a bunch of one sentence back stories and such. I will keep watching because the show has been good in the past and hopefully will get better.

Well, we don't know Tom is dirty. He's just power hungry and willing to go to any length to do it. At least he's not a terrorist fueling a plan to destroy the US.

There is no way Tom will be dirty, he's way to aggressive and mean, it's to obvious, kind of like the VP last year, with his marshall law thinking. (Nice run on sentence).

I'm still loving it. Better than last season so far imo.

Tonight was a little slow, but I thought the first 4 episodes were great, and last week was pretty good too.

No I did, but he may not have escaped that episode. He's been captured in the past and it's taken him longer than an hour to escape. But, in the previews you see him escape, find Graem, and begins to torture Graem again.

With that said, I'm done watching the previews from now on. It will leave more suspense, and everything I see in the next episode will seem fresh because it didn't happen in the previews.
