It has? NBC picked up the rest of this season but hasnt picked it up for the Fall 07 season.

I don't think any show has been renewed for Fall of 2007, you might be confusing it with picking it up for the rest of the year.

This is my favorite show on television right now. My wife absolutely loves it too. You can just feel the emotions of every character, very well done. Looks like Smash won't be talking in third person on the next episode as his world comes crashing down. Can't wait till next week.

Another excellent episode. Saracen is more mature at 16 than I am now at 41.

The Tyra-Mom storyline was excellent. Proved that Tyra is more than just a pincushion.

Plus the scene between Street's father and Coach Taylor at the store was high drama, taut tension.

"Friday Night Lights" is must-see TV, no doubt.

Anybody else love the previews that they show after each episode. I don't watch much TV in terms of regular TV shows, so I'm not sure if all of them does this. But FNL sure knows how to get viewers looking forward to next weeks show each week.

New Episode tonight...heres the preview courtesy of my cable box.

"Little Girl I Wanna to Marry You" (2007). Tension builds as the Panthers find the playoffs only one game away. Off-field dramas continue when Smash's mother makes a discovery that could destroy her son's gridiron dreams. Meanwhile, Tyra confronts her mom's insecurities.

It was pretty good, but I don't like the previews for next week. I also think Coach should have turned Smash in to the school. I guess we are going to have to see a wedding as well, that will suck. Poor Matt, he's going to lose his little friend because he won another game.

I also hate how every game is a win at the end. It's still a great show, but there is almost too much going on at one time. I keep up with it all, but I wish they would dig a little deeper.

I kind of liked and kind of didn't like tonight's episode. There's been less and less of the on-the-field action each week, and tonight there was none. I don't like that. On the other hand, it's good to see the development concerning the engagement of Lyla and Jason.

Next week looks interesting. That one jackass coach makes a racist comment, apparently.
