I just can't get into it. Don't know why. I like football, but I just can't get into this show.

It's not for the lack of football, or the the drama or anything I really can explain why.

And it's perplexing to me.

I don't watch much network TV, but I reocorded it last night after watching the first episode online. I enjoyed it and will look forward to it next week. It's a lot better than the movie IMO.

The only thing with these shows are that they are very predictable.

I just knew that the girl would certainly leave her "meal ticket" as soon as he was severely injured. However, she has decided to be there for him. Anyone find that surprising or only me?

Give her time. She's still in denial right now but eventually it will hit that he's never going to walk again.

Yep. She was awful chummy with Riggins on the sideline after practice. Give it a few months: She'll be boning Riggins, causing tension between buddies Street and Riggins and cheerleader girl and Riggins' slutty blonde girlfriend.

I only hope the show lasts long enough for us to get a few months to see this develop.

Yep. She was awful chummy with Riggins on the sideline after practice. Give it a few months: She'll be boning Riggins, causing tension between buddies Street and Riggins and cheerleader girl and Riggins' slutty blonde girlfriend.

I only hope the show lasts long enough for us to get a few months to see this develop.

Figures. The only two new shows I'm watching this fall are going to get sh*t-canned.

Oh, well, just proves that America is becoming the land of the lowest common denominator. We don't want to think; we just want stupid sh*t like reality TV and "Dancing with the Stars" thrown at us.

I agree whole heartedly. Last year I loved Reunion on Fox, which was cancelled because of its weak lead in. Call it a hunch, FNL could thrive on the CW.

I'm not sure about Studio 60 being canned. I think it will make it through its first season just because of the great reviews and because NBC doesnt have anything good to replace it.

I'm not sure about Studio 60 being canned. I think it will make it through its first season just because of the great reviews and because NBC doesnt have anything good to replace it.

They could always have another episode of Deal or No Deal in its place. God knows they don't have enough of that each week.

It was, but it was up against CSI and another popular show. I think it could've done better on Monday or even Friday than Thursday at 9pm.

Reunion getting canned last year really pissed me off, I thought that was a good show and for it never to resolve the murder sucked.

I do like this show, but don't really care for Studio 60, but I would hope I'm not a mindless American because of it. I just find it boring and I think I have a good array of shows that I do like. My wife likes Studio 60, so I watch it with her, it just doesn't do anything for me. It's not that I haven't given it a chance, it just doesn't grab me. I originally thought the show sounded like a winner to me, but it hasn't delivered for me. I am not a reality TV fan, I watch one reality show, Rockstar, so I like seeing all these non-reality shows showing up. I want them to do well because I would like to see them more than reality stuff. I'm happy so far this year picking up 3 or 4 new shows that I enjoy. I hope they make it.

What is really annoying with Reunion is that when Fox announced it was being cancelled they originally said they'd resolve the murder and wrap up the show, but alas it went away with no mention and was still heavily advertised until it was cancelled. That is another show I think would've thrived on UPN or WB, well thrived by their standards. It is a shame right now, it seems a lot of quality shows go unnoticed, a very prime example being Veronica Mars which is on the verge of being cancelled if it doesn't produce right away. Yet Dancing With the Former B-List Known Celebrities (Joey Lawrence isn't a star in the year 2006) does well. Go figure.
