Speaking of Nate flying.
I missed this about his brother, Peter; his power isn't to fly, but to possess the power of those around him. I don't know how I missed that very important detail.

There is definitely foreshadowing of a great battle in his comments.
This show was already great, but seeing Hiro come in like that at the end put this show over the top for me. I thought it was a great moment. It automatically made me more connected to his character and I realized how important he becomes.
It's like a small teaser of what to expect in this series. I'm going to guess that this show will go places we never thought it would after watching the first two episodes. What about the possibility of Niki's husband D.L. being her alter ego? When she was kicking the crap out of the guy in the elevator the voice said "mess with OUR child" and then she had the weird "double f" symbol on her right shoulder while hooking up with Nathan on camera, and then it was gone when glasses dude came in and said to take the one.

Siler isn't Claire's dad...you saw some guy chasing the cop around, wearing a trench coat, who had MULTIPLE powers (he pinned a guy to the roof, manipulated the detective chick's mind, and flew)!

I believe in episode 2 it was confirmed that Silar is the adoptive father of Claire.

I guess we don't actually see the adoption papers or anything, but Claire mentioned it to Silar as if she already knew she was adopted. Silar didn't seem bothered by it.
He, at first, said he didn't think she was ready to know her real parents, but then later agreed that she should.
I don't see that conversation as being a coverup.
