Re: Heroes (NBC, Mondays @ 9PM)
Cool episode. I'm excited for next week's though, since it looks like they're going to start on the back history of the characters.

Great episode though! So, is Claire's friend actually gay? He never actually said he was, and I know kids get picked on all the time and called gay when actually they aren't. Because if I was that guy and Claire was my friend, I sure as hell wouldn't be gayNCAA Vets League: Arkansas Razorbacks (9-2, 6-1)

Re: Heroes (NBC, Mondays @ 9PM)
That gir's power is pretty cool.
I read an interview from the guy who plays Peter (Vilangros or something is his last name). He said he would love to have the power of persuasion.
Didn't think we'd see something like that in this show."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Heroes (NBC, Mondays @ 9PM)
Another great episode. This show definately keeps you on your feet with "new" heroes coming out of nowhere. I kinda suspected that Claire's dad's assistant had some sort of power, but just didn't know what.
I'm thinking that Claire's dad also has power that has not yet been revealed. Something very powerful, otherwise his assistant would be all over him when she declined to do the things he told her to do. Her powers are also very powerful, but one thing I don't understand is, if she has the power of "persuasion" why couldn't she keep Mohinder from leaving to go back to India?
I'm dying to know what happened to Hiro. Maybe traveling back in time took too much of him and had him stay in the past, instead of traveling back to the future. Guess we'll find out next week...Comment

I do know that Sci-Fi does rerun Heroes, but I'm not sure exactly what day. I'd suggest to check out what time it comes on by going to tvguide.com
or
watch it on NBC.com. They have pretty good quality on all their vids, and best part is that the commercials are only 15 seconds long.Comment

Mondays @ 7 on Sci-Fi. At least, that's the one that I catch, I'm sure there is another day it comes on."I'm servin' dudes like Wimbeldon, advantage, 2uce..."

that painting that Isaac painted was some sort of firegod....im guessing thats Sylar when he accumulated all the powers OR it could be Claires father...who knows....i love shows that keep you guessing
looks like they updated IMDB for Heroes because Sylar is gone...now its up in the air till next weekComment

It seems very plausible that Claire's dad has a power. Would only make sense.
Hmm, does anyone remember the first episode where Claire hurts her hand in the garbage disposal? Her dad was standing next to her when she hid her hand behind her.
I'm trying to remember if her hand was healing while she spoke to him or if it only healed after he walked away from her."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. It healed while she had it hidden behind her back. I remember that scene because it was gross how the dog was drinking her dripping blood while they were talking.
