It had been compared to being a potential Hill Street Blues off of that pilot, and I don't think it ever got much better.Comment

Re: Heroes (NBC, Mondays @ 9PM)
Decent second episode. More people realizing their abilities. First sign of trouble with the father knowing his girl has heroic abilities.
I'm noticing an issue with time for these characters. Landry's character blacks out and does the weirdest things and hours pass by. Hiro goes to NY and it's 5 weeks later.
I wonder if everything is happening at the same time. I'm going to guess that every character is working independently in time and once they are together then events will happen simultaneously.
I liked how today is October 2nd - the day Hiro thought it was. But, the explosion in NY happens on November 8th, which is Wednesday - that was disappointing. Would have been cool if it were the 6th."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. So far it appears the show will end up being one of those shows where its better to watch episodes back to back rather than from week to week.

Re: Heroes (NBC, Mondays @ 9PM)
Anyone notice the amount of commercials?
It seemed the show cut off to a break every five minutes. Very annoying."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
