The whole movie was pure comedic genius.

I was laughing the entire time.

So how much of the Pamela Anderson scene was real? It seemed pretty staged since they let Borat's director stand outside of the line(and the camera obviously), but those guards sure did slam him to the ground pretty good outside.

How much of the movie, in general was real? Some parts were obviously staged to help push the plot, but it seemed like the majority pretty real.

From what I've heard, everything is real except:

The part where he "learns to drive"
The part where he runs into the brokers convention naked
The scene in Atlanta with the slang.

That's it. For the Pamela Anderson scene, she knew about it but no one else did. The producers actually said that it was movie about a Kazakh living in America, so everything else really happened.

Oh, and the "Kazakhstan" in the movie is actually a Romanian gypsy village.

Thanks theaub, I'm sure somwhere in the contracts these people had to sign there had to be something about it being used in a US movie, its amazing they got them to sign off on it.

Did they have the song about throwing the jews down the well in Tucson in the movie, because I thought I saw that in one of the episodes of Ali G Show?

Finally got around to watching it and the movie didn't disapoint. I was holding my sides throughout the movie.***nning of the Jew and the "Hummer" were hysterical..as was the driving segment, damn the whole entire movie is jokes. It also gave you a disturbing image of American people. Thank god I live in NY.

                      Borat

Ehhh, the movie was not as good as I hoped it would be. I didn't think there would be any scripted scenes, so that kind of sucked. The scene in the hotel when Borat came out of the shower was one of the funniest scenes I have ever seen in a movie though.

BTW, there were alot of walkouts through the movie, and two women in their 70's were sitting in front of me.

I wonder if anyone will sue him for any of his harsh jokes?

I'm sure there are plenty of people out there stupid enough to sue over it.
