I guess I'm one of the few that loved this movie. I will be going to the store later to pick it up to finish my collection. I think this was a fitting end to the Rocky Series. Love the flashbacks. I won't get into a review because people who haven't seen it might since it's now out on DVD... I grew up with Rocky as well as my brother. When they came to visit during new years, Me, My dad and brother went to go see it. I walked out of that movie excited but sad... Sad because it was the last one. WHen we first sat down and that music hit I was instantly pumped.

Just watched it, it was pretty good.

I would have tagged the Marie chick, should have done it the night before to get himself pumped.

And the alternate ending, Rocky wins the split decision. I did like the Dixon HBO interview though after the fight, should have cut that into the final cut.

I heard there was gonna be like 4 endings in the DVD where Rocky wins KO, split decision, Dixon wins KO, or split decision.

Just found out that Stallone asked Carl Weathers, Dolph Lundgren, and Mr. T for permission to use footage from their appearance in previous Rocky movies to be used in the series finale. Weathers was the only one of the three that refused, saying he wanted a part in the film, even though his character, Apollo Creed had died in Rocky 4 (1985). Stallone refused, so they used an actor that looked like Weathers. The movie was three years ago, but I don't remember this.

Dont forget MR.T was supposed to have a small part in Rocky Balboa but was still in treatment for Cancer
