-A grungy band that kinda sounds like Alice in Chains at times. Yet another decent band from Memphis.

- Small band from South Carolina that was at one time backed by Jagermeister. Just a good alt/rock sound, nothing new and exciting. With that said, however, I can still pick out their sound from others.

Thought I'd mention an unknown band that I like. Over It has some really good songs, and some may remember them from MLB 07: The Show with the song "Caught In a Rundown". I loved that song and checked out some of their others. "Siren on the 101", "Think Against the Grain", "Gunslinger (Runnin' Out of Time)", "Ice Water (in Your Veins)", "Where the Sky Begins", and "Waiting" are all really good songs.

I must have not mentioned One Less Reason in this thread (though they have their own thread somewhere), but they remain unsigned as they just released their third album. They have some really good alternative rock music in their discography.
