Re: Music You're Looking Forward To in 2007
Very nice considering that Timbaland and Nelly Furtado is a match made in Heaven. The only thing not mentioned I'm looking forward to is Bjork's new album, on which she collaborated with Timbaland. Finally, the guy works with someone who can match his musical talents...
"Whoo! The marriage, it's beautiful. You gotta hear it! A lot of people think it's weird her working with me, but I think it's how she sings on top of my beats that make it"

My favorite artist, Sarah McLachlan has an new album in the works however I'm not too sure it's going to be released in 2007 or not.Originally posted by EWRMETSMaybe the best post in OS's history. If you don't think Tony Romo is a Hall of Famer, you support al Qaeda.Comment

Re: Music You're Looking Forward To in 2007
For those who were looking forward to Avril's "The Best Damn Thing" may want to rethink that.
If the song "Girlfriend" is indictative of what the rest of the album could be, it'll be a HUGE letdown. That song is something I'd expect from 16 year old Avril, not 22 year old Avril.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Anybody who hasn't heard of Andrew Bird, check him out. He has a new album coming out on March 20th and I've heard a lot of great things about it.

Re: Music You're Looking Forward To in 2007
I can't believe no one's mentioned the new Bloc Party album, that's in my top 5 most anticipated. Other than that, waiting on the Arcade Fire album, and definitely anything new from Sufjan and Interpol.
By the way, those of you with similar tastes (Arcade Fire, Shins, Interpol, etc.), I would recommend checking out the new album from "Of Montreal," very solid effort.Comment

The new Of Montreal is pretty good, but I don't think it touches the level of stuff the other artists you mentioned have done. Pretty good album though, fun pop type stuff.Comment

It's pretty good, I've already listened to about 10 times. It took me a few listens to get into but I like it a little better than "...production of eggs.Comment
