Re: Grindhouse (Tarantino & Rodriguez)
I love this idea. Totally over the top horror is entertainment at its finest. Reminds me of "Slither" but I think these will be better, and far more over the top, considering the work of the directors.Listen to some of my covers:

Re: Grindhouse (Tarantino & Rodriguez)
Apparently the idea behind it is old horror flicks in drive-ins.
Rodriguez talked about how you could see two horror flicks back-to-back when drive-ins were around and he thought it was great when he was a kid.
So, he and Tarantino wanted to bring back that feeling for today's generation.Listen to some of my covers:

Re: Grindhouse (Tarantino & Rodriguez)
this looks f'n awesome...
I also read it's headed to NC-17 rating, unless they cut it up. I don't see how you can go with this whole theme, and then cut it to get it in a few more theaters. You'd think they'd make their money back with the DVD of this.Last edited by bkfount; 03-19-2007, 12:50 PM.Comment

Re: Grindhouse (Tarantino & Rodriguez)
Then again, the NC-17 hype gets it talked about, even if they do cut it to R eventually.Comment
