I think it has more to do with them being worried about trees being cut down to produce the TP.

O man....you not really going to go down this road trying to explain this inane Crow recommendation. There's more trees now than when the founding fathers constructed the constitution. Why would companies who manufacture paper products deplete themselves out of a business and jobs?

Ummmm.... I think you need to go back and re-read my earlier posts in this thread because you're WAY off on what I'm talking about. The post you quoted has absolutely nothing to do with Crow at all. What I was explaining is why Will Smith claims he is using a toilet that cleans himself without using any TP. That's it...nothing more, nothing less.

Whether you're talking about Crow or everyone having a bidet, the notion is still the same.....but I see what you mean. You indicated it's what "they" are saying and you're probably right. They are going to say the PC thing and ask us all to save the trees in the process. I mis-read you.

Just wanted to make it clear that it's what they're saying and not what I'm saying. I'm pretty sure you and I have very similar views on this and other issues that can't be discussed here due to their political nature.

Now Sheryl says it was all a joke intended to get people talking about global warming. I think more people were talking about how big of an idiot she was for making that statement rather than global warming.

Yeah, you're right. In fact I think it hurts the "cause" of global warming as it belittles it.
