I am debating on skippng the 5. I have the 4 and I am coming up on a upgrade discount. I know the second I get the 5 they will be talking about the 6 and I will want that one lol

I heard the 6 is going to be the major overhaul. It's possibly coming out sooner next year rather than later. It might be closer to the beginning of Spring or Summer seeing that they missed the window for the 5 coming out this summer. Also heard that they might have various models of it including a Nano. That sounds sexy but I'm a fan of the size they are now. Honestly, I'm not sure if I'm as in love with the 4 because it gets cracked WAY TOO EASILY if you drop it. My 3Gs is still in tip top shape. Don't have to worry about it whenever it falls.

Of course, I'm quite sure I'll be fine with the 5 as long as it can surf on wifi pretty fast and I can find a case that makes me feel comfortable. I've been debating whether I want to get an iPad if I can find one for a solid low price. I wonder how much I can get for my 3Gs when the 5 comes out. I'd put that towards an iPad. I'm not sure my 3Gs will sale anything solid for real. The iPad 3 might be out by then and I'll get a deal on the previous generations.......

Nothing official, but here are some of the popular rumors...
- world phone, will work on VZW and ATT (but will still probably need to be unlocked first)
- new A5 processor, same as iPad 2. (iPhone 4 is A4 processor)
- bigger screen - the phone is going to be the same size, but the screen will extend closer to the edges of the phone

How could it work on both Verizon and ATT when one requires a sim and the other doesn't?

The Verizon iPhone uses a chipset with both GSM and CDMA frequencies, but the GSM ones are locked. However, there are rumors apple is gonna continue using this chipset in the iPhone 5 so they could make just one model without having to tailor it to each carriers frequencies.

This makes a lot of sense for Apple as they could just mass produce one model, instead of having dozens of slightly modified versions for carriers across the globe.

Hey Aggies, I'm with Verizon, too. Is your iPhone pretty good? I heard that the iPhone 4 at Verizon wasn't as good as an iPhone from Apple, for some reason.

Absolutely love it. Coming from an HTC phone I am very pleased with this iPhone

Under Voice Settings within Google Voice there is a "Activate Google voicemail on this phone" link next to your cell number. The directions follow once you click on the link.

Just got one on Verizon and love it. Verizon has unlimited data right now, ATT does not. ATT can talk and surf web at same time, Verizon can not.

Thanks, I figured it out last night. I had to deactivate it and then activate my new iPhone with google voice. It was set up for my old android phone.

I also just got the Verizon iPhone a few days ago. It seems like everyone is making the switch now. Unlimited data is great even if its not the fastest. If we still get unlimited data once the LTE iPhone comes out, that will be crazy.

Weird. I'm getting same pictures when I try to go to my iTunes music on my phone.

It's redirecting me to Apple site.
