Yeah. I just read that google is no longer allowing their email to be pushed to iphones. So I guess that's it. Because they are in a pissing match the consumer gets hurt.

Do you have the 5? I read as of Jan 31st they stopped doing it. Maybe there was a grandfather clause.

I downloaded the gmail app and I get the emails pretty quick, but it still pisses me off. I just wanted to use apples default email.

Yeah I've got the 5, never have to manually refresh, I get an alert every time an email comes in.

Jail breaking makes my phone extremely laggy. Apps will take about 20 seconds just to open.

I had to download the gmail app to get it to push. I just want to get it through apples default email client.

From what I understand its an iphone 5 thing. Google started doing this on Jan 31st. Apparently.

Oh well. I guess I can live with it.
