and to think that i was going to go to law school. its a good thing i didnt waste that money i guess right?

if you think someone should be held in LA county jail for 40 days for a class B misdeamenor traffic violation and driving without a suspended license while on deferred judication probation, then your crazy.

if you think a judge should be able to act like that, and then over ride the sherriff department, then you probably need some reality checks about how BS that is with how messed up the justice system is already

Why did you take away your challenges?

I like how you keep ducking my questions.

i hope this is wrong, but the judge supposedly added more time after overriding the sherriff's department and calling her back to jail. He was probably irritated about the situation and what the sherriff department did so he figured he'd just add more time. I imagine he also wanted some more media attention and didnt want the circus to end.

20 something days in LA county for that is too long anyway. Most of the time, someone wouldnt spend more than a couple of days in jail at the most for something like that. I would bet that she certainly has the least severe charge in the entire jail.

She's serving 18 days. What the LA county DA wanted was for her to have to serve the original 45 days, that wasn't the judge. I don't know why you keep acting like she's just some normal offender, she violated probation twice.

im not talking about the original sentence. The judge supposedly added more time today after he called her back. i hope that is wrong though

anyway, im sure if they thought the judge was going to act this way going back to the original sentence, they would have fought it harder in court and wouldnt have had the plea that they did.

Don't see anyone can defend her. Her probation stated not to drive or she would get 45 days. But she did anyway. She had a 2nd chance and drove again. She should consider herself lucky. 1, she didn't kill anyone driving drunk.

He didn't add time to the sentence, I don't know where you're getting that from. So you're saying that if they knew that the judge would actually enforce the law that they would've tried to get a better deal? Wow. She caught a break twice and on the third time she got in trouble.

im curious why your so happy. Why would you wish someone to go to jail for so long for a class B misdemeanor traffic violation?

You want her to do more time than is the norm..why?

the charge is reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

She had three chances, she knew what would happen if she violated probation, and yet she deliberately disobeyed the judge and has to serve her time. She got more chances than normal people, she got her sentence reduced for good behavior before setting foot in jail, and she was snuck out of jail in the middle of the night and has people defending her when she is clearly in the wrong.

Why do you keep defending her when she has exhausted every chance shes gotten to do things right? Why do you think she's being made an example when she has had the same judge since this started yet he let her get her charge reduced and violate probation once before she was sent to jail?

I know what the charge was. She knew what the charge was if she didn't follow probation and she did it twice. Total disrespect for the law
