    Re: Saw 4....Wow

    I've seen a few commercials.

I, personally, can't wait for this. Looks much better than 2 and 3.

The Driller Killer looks better than Part 3 did.

LOL exactly! I'd stay away from the Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street series if I were him. Jason and Freddy have more lives than my cat.

Looking forward to Saw 4 in the theaters...yeah, the series isn't that great, but it's amazing and freaks me out to watch in a theater, scary especially with the sound effects.

Just saw a commercial for it, and it just hit me that this movie comes out in less than 2 weeks. This year has just flown by.

No doubt I'll be seeing it opening night. It'll be weird with no Jigsaw or Amanda but I have hope for this movie.

Yeah, it will be very weird with no Jigsaw............were not too sure of that yet. I read that this movie interweaves in and out of the past, so I'm not too sure how true that is. I just have this feeling that Jigsaw might not be dead.

He is definitely dead. However, you're right... this movie will weave in and out, where Tobin Bell will in fact make appearances as a living John.

I once saw a Saw IV advertisement late at night where there would be a commercial, then a quick second-long flash of Billie (the puppet) on a TV, then another commercial, then another flash to Billie where he's laughing, then another commercial, then back to Billie and he says, "Hello.", then another commercial, then a full Saw IV commercial that fills up the remaining thirty seconds that weren't in the other two commercials.

It's hard to explain. I'll see if anyone else caught it online.

If he is dead, I wonder what they have up their sleeves for SAW V and VI which they have been talking about coming down the pipeline in the next few years.

We'll probably get a sense of direction in Saw IV.

The only for sure alive people from the beginning of the franchise are Rigg, Hoffman (the detective in Saw III), Daniel, Alison, Diana, and Carla (Lawrence's affair-mate). The questionables are Lawrence, Jeff (Saw IV), Corbett, Jeff (Saw), and Eric. However, I think Eric is alive. Look at this picture:

I think Eric is on the left, but that's just my thoughts.

Yeah, I saw that commercial too.

I'm an advertising major, so I thought it was pretty interesting and very memorable and creative as far as ads go.

That is a good thought, they could use any of the surviving members from the previous films to continue this story.

There's a midnight showing tonight. I'm thinking about going.

It's pretty cool at this theatre, they're reshowing Saw, Saw II, and Saw III right before. Saw II just started. I wish I had known in advance. I'd love to have seen Saw on the big screen.
