If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -

Here is my question....why does 50 pick fights with everyone? It seems like every other week 50 has a beef with someone different. It all just seems so artificial to me.Comment

I agree, but we are in the minority with that opinion. We just have to accept the fact that we are getting older and things change. Our parents went through the same thing when hip hop first started becoming more mainstream. They were forced to find old school stations or they stopped listening to the radio. The radio just gives people what they want, meaning we are stuck with Hurricane Chris and Lil Bootsie.Free The Birds!!!Comment

****. What a crazy moment. So I'm assuming it was Kanye and Jay on stage at the beginning. Then Curtis came out. But who was the fourth dude on the stage? And where was T.I. and Diddy like the title says?Comment

It was Jay & T.I. at the beginning performing "Watch What You Say To Me" then Kanye comes out to perform "Can't Tell Me Nothing". Before that you see 50 walk onto stage and give Jay some love while T.I. shouts, "This a REAL special moment!"

Love or hate any of those artists, that was a goosebump type moment.
So in the second picture above, who is the guy in the black hat/jacket/hat/hoodie/sunglasses next to Jay.Comment

Re: 50 Cent will quit if Kanye outsells him..
This article is a good example of how hip hop can move in the right direction.
It reads as a Kanye beats 50 article but there's more to it than that.
I think Jay's, Kayne's, and 50's comments are great. Seems to be a lot of respect for each other as artists.
I never saw the pics from above in this thread so I guess they have already been cool with each other.
I love Jay's comment at the end too. The 50 vs. Kanye thing was always about marketing rather than pure hate or competition and it's nice to see that the group kept it that way.
This is what hip hop needs more of today."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob NeyerComment
