I was hoping they would follow the comic book instead of the cartoon. The comic book had very little camp.
I'm just glad Cobra Commander isn't a giant snake or something stupid like Cobra-La.

Nostalgia is a very funny thing. I loved the toys and cartoon to death as a kid but it was made to be entertaining to children. Watch it now, it's incredibly dopey.

And when you think how these movies are marketed, it's almost insulting. I know men my age will pay to see this movie based on their childhood memories, watch it, and complain how bad it sucks. And let's face it, it will suck.

With that said, I'm a sheep just like everyone else because I know i'll be seeing it too, lol.

Here is the only GI Joe movie they had when I was a kid...and yes...I still have about 30 of them on a shelf in my basement!

Meh, doesnt interest me at all. The only thing that has to do with GI Joe, is the name of the movie

Also, the end of that trailer seemed AWFULLY similar to the end of the 1st Transformers trailer
