Wow, no wonder that guy was written-off. I'm sure after the producers begged him to come back he started acting like the big cheese and it turned them off. They were probably begging to get him off the show.

The race card is very weak. He wants to turn this into a black kid being fatherless. What about Aaron being both motherless and fatherless? How about Kate killing her dad and having a mother that doesn't love her? Jack's dad is dead. Boone and Shannon had incapable parents. Locke's dad? I mean, wow, think about that relationship. He grew up fatherless too.

Harold just isn't thinking here. He was given the opportunity to be a hero and when you go over the show most viewers will look back at Michael and now say, "He wasn't as bad as we thought he was after killing Libby and Ana-Lucia. He came back and saved everyone. He sacrificed his life for them."

That's a great way to go out. It's why people love Charlie now.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer

Like I said before, I think the Island only moved in time, not space.

Yea, I think that's where that is going.

Not sure why the producers would want them to work together but one never knows with Daniel Faraday and his awkward behavior.

Maybe they'll start a new Losties camp with the red shirts on the boat. They'll survive for 90 days on water.

Matthew Fox is the only actor that knows how Lost will end.

Matthew Fox reveals that he knows how Lost will end, but won't tell anyone else in the cast.

What is sad is that the viewers knew this about Michael, and Michael knew this about Michael - but the actor who played Michael didn't understand his own character.

I understand that, but if the island moved in time which took it away from the helicopter then wouldn't it move away from the people in the water as well?

And I could see the SS Faraday picking him up, but they would be facing the same issue as the island not being there.

The only loop hole I could see would be that the island attracts things. So maybe the Faraday would get caught in that and find its way back.

Yeah, but now Locke is dead. Ben might have even killed him. Maybe thats why they wanted Ben, to kill him and be able to go back. Now Ben kills Locke and now he can go back.

Who knows, thinking out loud, but Ben isn't going to let them back on the island without going with them.

Is the "other" island still around?

I would think they would have been able to see it from the helicopter, but I suppose this could be another loop hole.

Yeah, Jack said something about it but they couldn't see it so I guess it's gone too.

Why should they care what happened to the island? The characters are acting as if the island being in a good state of being is important to the world, when no one even knows about it.

And I agree that if Jin survived the blast, Faraday could pick him up.

I assume the other island still counts as the island on a whole, becuase it was definatly gone when the island moved.

Back to Jin though, what is his purpose now? He got Sun off the island so she can have her baby. His task is done, and once that happens on this show, those characters seem to die soon afterward. I really think he's dead guys.

One thing that was absolutly tragic about this episode though, was that once Ben killed that military dude, had Locke and Ben known that they had freezed the battery, Locke could have put the monitor on himself and saved everyone on the boat. There's no way he could have known that the boat didn't explode when the monitor stopped, but I still yelled at the tv for him to put it on.

That wouldn't have worked because the monitor was wired to Khimee's heart. If Locke took it off him while he was still alive, they'd go "Boom."

No I mean when khimee's heart stopped, the bomb didn't go off for a couple of minutes because Michael frooze it. Locke could have put it on then.
