You do realize the amount of time that has passed between the infection spreading, and the time line he is in that scene with the wildlife right?

Did you not see the scenes were there was nature reclaiming the city of New York? There is grass, ivy and trees all over the place in some scenes.

Nature is working its way back to dominance, hence wild animals all about. I'm sure you can work in the zoo analogy in, but it is mainly life going back to non civilization.

Yeahh I knew it took place in 2010. Just wasn't really getting how lions made their way to Times Square. But yeah I guess the zoo thing is most logical.

There still wouldn't be lions coming to New York in just a few years though unless the climate of the Earth changed and/or they were able to find a landbridge or could swim across the ocean.

That still isn't what I'm talking about. Not enough time has passed for anything like that to just pop up out of nowhere or get created. Plants could grow, a bridge that would allow animals to travel all the way from Africa to New York or from wherever else they decide to travel from isn't going to be possible in that short amount of time. The closest thing they would have to a bridge is the small distance from russia to Alaska and unless lions would somehow be able to adapt to that cold in a short period time and be able to survive swimming in that water, it isn't happening.

Um, I'm eager to see this. I'm kind of tempted not to tell my wife so she'll be forced to sit through it. She doesn't like moveis like this but she things W.S. is sexy. Might be a good twist for her adn a bad outcome for me, but I htink it might be worth it. By the way, how much are movies compared to the IMAX for you guys that are going IMAX route?
