    No Country for Old Men

This movie has been getting fantastic reviews by just about everybody. Having not seen the movie this synopsis is not my own.
The time is our own, when rustlers have given way to drug runners and small towns have become free-fire zones. The story begins when Llewelyn Moss finds a pickup truck surrounded by a sentry of dead men. A load of heroin and 2 million dollars in cash are still in the back. When Moss takes the money, he sets off a chain reaction of catastrophic violence that not even the law, in the person of aging, disillusioned Sheriff Bell, can contain. As Moss tries to evade his pursuers--in particular, a mysterious mastermind who flips coins for human lives--the film simultaneously strips down the American crime drama and broadens its concerns to encompass themes as ancient as the Bible and as bloodily contemporary as this morning's headline.

It looks interesting, but I'm not completely sold on it yet so it'll probably end up being a rental. I am looking forward to everyones impressions though.

Well get sold on it. It will be one of the better films you have seen all year.

Loved it. Anton Chigurh is one bad dude.

              "Just how dangerous is he?"

My wife and I watched this movie last night. And for about 1 hour and 45 minutes it was an A+ movie.
The last 20 minutes brought the movie down to a C+.

                        Spoiler

But I have to say, the guy that plays the pyscho does an excellent job. The guy was very, very creepy.

There's probably some people that will love the last part of the movie, but I didn't. It seriously ruined the night for me. My wife and I have 2 young boys and we don't get many chances to go out to movies. So we were really pumped to get a night out at the theatre. After the movie we both agreed that it was like we wasted the evening and we both wish we watched a different movie.
