I was at work so I can't go looking up rappers left and right on myspace, I was just trying to get some clarification.

It's because most of these rappers aren't on the radio or mainstream music sources. Not everyone is into rap, or actively searches out that kind of music.

I have nothing against rap music or rappers. It's not my kind of music, but I don't have a problem with people liking it. I don't actively search for rap music, so I have very little knowledge on who's who. I know big named guys like 50 cent and Kanye, but that's about as far as my knowledge on rap goes.

All anyone asked was "who?" the guy was. How is someone who doesn't listen to rap, supposed to know what UGK stands for?

If anything, people are trying to broaden their horizons by asking who these people are. But instead, you shun us, and tell us to google it.
