ok I figured there was an amount of personalization that it would let you do for the price you are paying

    Thanks for the response!
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

I got this one Harmony 880 from Amazon for cheaper then what it's at now...It'll last me years and it's so nice to hit one button instead of having 5 remotes. Let alone explaining to a girlfriend that to watch a DVD on the PS3 you have to change the reciever to "CD" input, etc...
you got it for cheaper than $150? please tell me where.

I would suggest the 550 if your looking not to spend a lot of $. I have the 550 as a bedroom remote for over a year now without 1 problem.

As for the Harmony-1 is was real close to buying it on Saturday, but the wife wouldn't let me....
Joe, I'm all for saving money......please tell me about the 550? Thanks

You convinced me Paul. I ordered this remote on Tuesday from a vendor on Amazon (premieravsolutions - $229) and it arrived today. It's still charging so I can't really comment on it yet!

I've been looking for remotes for a while and decided this one sounded too good to pass up.

Is the 550 not that good and does it work with a comcast DVR?

I've had the 670 a few months, love it. No issues, no problems, and controls everything with one button. Love how I can customize everything on it. I can change the LCD sayings, etc. Love the remote.

it's good. I just like the buttons and the button layout better on the 670. Buttons are bigger and spaced out better. All harmony's work with virtually everything so they both should work with Comcast DVR.

The 670 works every function on my U-Verse DVR, I would say that the Comcast DVR is definitely on there.

Ive had the 1000 for abot a year now and I love it. Its almost all touch screen and havent had an issue with it at all. Its pricey as hell (I paid 299 but Ive seen it for 500) but a damn good remote.

The 670 is what I have, Candy. I think that's what I recommended to you on GTSM.

Go for it, you won't regret it!

I remember you and Aggies did, so all you guys can't be wrong on the 670 so that is what I'll order.

                              Thanks

the button placement on the 670 better suits a dvr. Think it was made with dvr /tivo users in mind.
