I am hopeful we do hit this satellite, I think it's an important show of force to our enemies.

      Re: Armageddon (Satellite Kill Shot)

We talked about this in history. I don't see why it's a problem. If all the other countries know what we're going to do and see us do it, what's the big secret? And as long as shooting it into smaller pieces is less harmful then a big, bus sized object falling from the sky, then I'm all for it.

Anyway, I thought about this when I heard about this satelite:

      NFL - Buffalo Bills
      MLB - Cincinnati Reds

          Ummmm...

I'm a lot more worried about people that would have their environment polluted by the unused fuel.

I just shot it down. Kind of looked like an airplane. We are all safe now.

I dont see how the missile can miss. They will know EXACTLY where the satellite is.

China did something similar to this a few months ago. This is our way of saying, "We have the technology too, bastards!!!"

Meh, the environment is far less important than showing that we have the most powerful military in the world.

We showed we had the technology when we did it nearly 20 years ago. You're a little late to the party.

Are you serious? That satellite is going over 16,000 mph and the missile is going at least mach 5-6. Add to it that the ship is rocking in the waves. I think it's an incredible technological achievment. No other country, that I know of, has ever done that from a non-fixed site.
