Perhaps touching her, or the cords attached to her, would have sent a current through her body into theirs.

That's true too. And God only knows where your head is in that situation. But I did think that.

Watched it last night. Thought it was very well done. I wished I had watched the previous 4 movies before going in now.

The 3rd trap where the black girl is electrocuted in the bathtub. Why didn't the girl and guy drag her out of the bathtub before the bomb went off and shove her arms in the saw blades?

They realized it before closing the door though.

They are a bunch of *******es because if you guys remember and I could be wrong, wasn't there a small explosion that occurred after the electrocution to the setup? That would mean that maybe the current did die off. They saw the trap and notice that all 5 of them should have made it to the last room before they initiated that final trap, because they ran into the other room with the bathtub.

I started watching SAW I last night and I'm going through all of them again over the next 2 weeks. It was interesting to see pieces of the plot get pulled into making the rest of the films in the series. Especially with the fat dude that got cut up with the razor wire trying to escape. They showed the peep hole that Hoffman/Jigsaw were looking through and the carving of the puzzle piece made of flesh showing that this was Hoffman's doing (to us, but the police still believing that it is the real Jigsaw).

I am amazed how they took a movie, SAW I which wasn't written to have sequels and they created 4 sequels out of it, which to me tell a great story. All they did was take the plot holes and a few elements to expand the series.

I do have one question.

So if the 5 people were all suppose to work together and all survive. Had they all done that how would they have gotten past the bathtub? Someone was going to have to be electrocuted or am I missing something?

I can't recall what they said exactly, but it was something along the lines of them all holding hands and generating enough current through their bodies from one slight shock. Again, can't remember.

Yup, you are correct Blzer. All 5 of them would have created a link between the jumper cables which would have sent a minor shock through their bodies opening the door. I think that one of them would still have to of sat in the bath tub from the looks of it. I could be wrong on that part.

Again, SAW VI better end this, because you really can only go so far with the story and not ruin the franchise to this point. This is Hollywood we are talking about which ruins everything.

Any theories as to what is in the black box? My first thought was that it is a tape recorder a pig mask and a cloak. I think she is to help Hoffman or lined up to replace him. What do you guys think it is?

There has been a lot of speculation and what you mentioned has also been lingering in many fans minds. I think that it is the evidence to incriminate Hoffman if he doesn't follow through with Jigsaw's plan.........because I think that Hoffman might have more to also do with the criminal that killed their baby. I don't know, just my off the wall idea. Hoffman was blackmailed into helping Jigsaw vs. Amanda helping Jigsaw because she saw him as a father figure which was never a part of her life.

It was actually one of my favorites of the series. I like that it had more story and not quite as much gore and it kept my interest. Hopefully they make a 6

I think that VI is about done and is in post production.

They haven't started filming yet from what I read. Saw is usually filmed Feb/March.

Ah....I thought that SAW V and VI were filmed at the same time. I swear I read that at House of Jigsaw, but maybe I was hallucinating or something. LOL!

According to IMDB, Saw VI is in pre-production. They haven't held that reality show yet for the walk on roll either.

I have no inside info though, so who knows.
