    Mixtape version.

1 Fabolous - There Is No Competition
    2 Joe Budden - Mood Muzik 3(late 2007)
3 Cassidy and Larsiny Family - Put Ya L's In The Sky

No albums I have liked so far this year, kind of sad.

      Nas: Untitled
      N.E.R.D: Seeing Sounds
Atmosphere: When Life Gives You Lemons
      The Roots: Rising Down
Lupe Fiasco: Lupe Fiasco's The Cool (I know but it was realesed late 2007)

You must be picky as hell to not find a rap album that isn't good this year.

        1. The Raconteurs - Consolers of the Lonely (great album, much closer to what I expected from this band when they came about.

        2. Flobots - Fight With Tools (I hear it's not so popular among rap fans, but I'm not a rap fan so I guess that's why I love it?)

        3. My Morning Jackets - Evil Urges (Not as good as "Z," but still a very good CD. Could have done without a couple of the tracks)

        4. Opeth - Watershed (Another masterpiece by Mr. Akerfeldt and the boys)

        5. The Mars Volta - The Bedlam in Goliath (Same great Mars Volta music, just without the annoying "ambient noises")
Co-Commish of the OS Vets I & II
        Vets I | Green Bay Packers(11-6)
        | Last Game: L 31-6 @ CAR (Wild Card Round)
Vets II | Washington Redskins(13-6) | Last Game: L 37-34 OT @ ATL (NFC Conference Championship)

Vets Bowl I Champion | Vets Bowl II Runner-Up

My thoughts exactly. It is the album I expected when I first heard the band was formed. It seems like them put a lot more time into this album than they did Broken Boy Soldier.

Haven't given Nas a play yet, I'm sure I'll like it once I get around to it. I like Lupe but not like that. Not a fan of the others.

I forgot Death Cab's Narrow Stairs from my post. I really enjoyed that one.

Later this year, really looking foward to Oasis' Dig out your soul, Third Eye Blind's Ursa Major, and supposed albums from Fray and Green Day.

The new Beck and Hold Steady albums are both in my top 5 now, it's been an exciting couple of weeks for new music for me. Also, the new Sigur Ros might sneak in the top 5.
