Old school hip hop fan here. I grew up in the 80s and 90s and hip hop was the music of my youth, not so much anymore, but I still appreciate it.

Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Public Enemy, EPMD, Eric B and Rakim, Wu-Tang Clan... These are some of the main groups and artists I listened to, though I listened to it all really.

But I'm not here to tell you my life story. Instead I just wanted to share with you all an old school joint you may or may not be aware of. Have a listen:

The album is "Music Madness" by Mantronix, featuring MC Tee. I listened to it about 1000 times riding the bus. I think my brother still has the cassette tape. I don't know how much appeal it has today, to someone who's never heard it, but it still sounds good to me. If you like it, check out the whole album. I think most of the songs are on youtube.
