Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
Has anyone ever heard of this J. Pinder guy?
I was downloading that Saigon song that was posted above and this randomly started playing on the site I was using:

I started looking at some of his stuff on Youtube and came across this as well:

Both songs are a couple years old but it seems pretty good to me. I'm gonna check more of his music out when I have time later.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
I warned you there were high amounts of ***nery in it.
I would've typed the word out but I wasn't sure if it would fly here(like how the "N" word doesn't)so I just played it safe. At least Rose knew what I meant though because I wasn't sure if folks knew what I meant LOL..
Every time ESPN plays their Wednesday night basketball commercials, I think of Saints Row since they use this song.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment

Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
The original version of this song was done by a DC Gogo Band called Backyard(Random Fact of the day: If you watched The Wire and remember Slim Charles, this is his band and he's real big around the DMV):
NSFW
But the Band themselves originally got the cover from The Moments and Whatnauts:
So in summary, Wale sampled the song from Backyard and Backyard got the original song(or just the chorus really)from The Moments and Whatnauts. Hope that answered you're question LOL.
That wasn't actually what I was looking for. I meant the original version of that song as in the version with just Wale on the track. But thanks for the research.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
There are so many things that I want to say about this.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Official Hip Hop/Rap Music Thread
I should have never pressed play on that video. That just about covers everything that's wrong with hip-hop.
That one line from the Rick James episode of Chappelle's Show after he's done stomping on Eddie Murphy's couch fits well here.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.
