Sad to see how badly this dude has sold out. Smfh. What is this trash?
The whole "rage" music fad needs to go away.

Being from southeast US something about Cali rappers' accents keeps me from enjoying their music no matter how good of a rapper they may or might not be. Something about Kendrick Lamar's voice irks my soul.

Really? I love West Coast rap. Obviously it hasn't been nearly as strong as it was in the 90s but there's just something about that sound I love. I guess it helps when you're auntie sings Ain't No Fun to you on the swing sets as a little kid though.

I agree with Hiro though. When I first heard Kendrick my first thought upon hearing his voice was "EGADS! This dude is terrible! (His voice was so bad I was unable to make out any lyrics)".

                Here's the song in question: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cHlnLn7aBlo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

His voice (THANK HEAVENS) has matured to the point where it no longer, in Hiro words, "Irks my soul".

Kendrick Lamar doesn't really have a noticeable accent, his voice is just high-pitched and annoying.

Also, I think we need to start spoiler tagging videos with certain words/images in the embed before we get this thread closed again.
