Anybody give the new Freddie Gibbs & Madlib album a listen yet? One of the better releases so far this year. Gibbs flow fit perfectly over Madlib production.

Kinda slept on this when Soul Tape 3 first came out, but now it's on repeat.

Also, the video is pretty nice for obvious reasons.

My interest in Isaiah Rashad is slowly growing. I'm going to listen to his demo, once more, maybe I am ready now.

I went back and listened to Cilvia demo a few more times after I originally said it was boring. Heavenly Father is my favorite song and the only one that really stands out to me other than Soliloquoy so I'm glad he did a video for them.

I forgot about Shot You Down. I like that song too, but it's been out so long it's shelf life has kind of ended for me haha. I really like West Savannah too. Him and SZA should do a little EP together. I feel like there's a lot of compatibility in their styles.

Just started it up again first thing in the morning and I'm really feeling the title track now. Appropriate with my wake n' bake.
