Why is it that every good show that Fox seems to get,it doesn't last. Yet something like the Simpsons has been around for 20 yrs. Don't get me wrong I like the Simpsons, but really, that show was at it's best in the early to mid 90's.

Because FOX actually takes a lot of chances on the shows they bring in. They are not the same show with just some details changed. Most of the shows are not your normal show and because of that, it hurts them. Then add that that they continue to cancel shows, so they always have new shows coming on. America doesn't like watching new shows, they want the safe shows they already know. FOX can't hold viewers from the previous show to the next if no one is watching the previous show.

Plus they tend to be scifi and America also thinks anything scifi is only for geeks, so they don't even bother to check it out when they probably would like it.

Watching Fringe, and FOX HD is still looking like **** (terrible grain and EE). Colors also seem to be way overvibrant.

Someone agreed with me last night during 24, but someone else also said they didn't notice it during House. No other HD channel seems to have this issue and the 10:00 News didn't have it either.

I just wanted to know if I was the only one experiencing this. It's like... really bad.

I was the one who agreed with you about 24 last night and tonights isnt the greatest so far either, Im watching on my DVR since I just got home from work. Im more concerned with the show running late again. Did the show tonight end on time or did American Idol screw it up again meaning Im destined to miss the ending yet again?

Yeah, just a little bit. This show gets better every episode.

I thought I came back and posted about that as well, because yes, American Idol went over again. I mean they always do "go over" if by just a little bit and this would have done the same thing, but that damn Lil Rounds felt like she had to speak her mind in front of Simon while he was right on point with everything. And of course, Paula said something that made no sense whatsoever.

As for the episode, it was great! Really gave focus to two focal characters and their lives were seriously threatened in this episode.

One other thing that I love about this show are its 60 and 90 second commercials. Not only do I know that it will come back quickly, but I know in how many commercials so I can shut people up so I don't miss the first few exchanges of dialogue while it pops back on.

I liked it, but I'm trying to understand the episode's relevance to the arc. If perhaps the people responsible for that monster come up again then yea, it makes a lot of sense in that it removes a lot of blame for Walter Bishop. But, I'm gonna wait and see on that.

Anyone see the Observer? Trying to think of where he could have been. I wouldn't be surprised if he was off the distance in the woods while they looked at the dead bodies. Every scene after was too centralized. Also no blue lights from what I noticed.

                        Yup.

For those that have it recorded or what not, it's at 22:37 of the episode.

The Observer is getting easier and easier to spot. I'm kind of surprised we saw him again after the episode with the mini-Observer looking kid.

But that creature was crazy looking.

This show is freakin' awesome. House and Fringe own me.

I missed him because I had turned my head away during that report. Listened but couldn't watch the screen at that moment. Figures that's the moment he decides to walk on by. (cue music)
