Some tidbits I've just read about:

- Seven construction vehicles merge to form Devastator
- Devastator has lots of upper body strength, like a gorilla
- Not just green, some of the vehicles are red and yellow
- The previously Long Haul concept art by Josh Nizzi is legit

I knew Devastator was in this for a while now. If that Long Haul concept art is indeed legit then Devastator is going to be BADASS! I don't understand why he can't be all green though. I think kinda ruins the uniformity if there's some red and yellow in there.

Either way, I can't wait to see this. I know it's a crazy thought but I hope we see something like Fortress Maximus in a future film LOL

Probably b/c he will be the colors of someone paying for ad space in the movie.

I know we'll never see it... but I think I'll explode if they ever work in Scorponok or Trypticon. Those were probably my two favorites as a kid. Wish I still had the action figures.

I know we'll never see it... but I think I'll explode if they ever work in Scorponok or Trypticon. Those were probably my two favorites as a kid. Wish I still had the action figures.

I hear you Scorponok was the 2nd transformer I ever got. That toy was pretty huge and took up a ton of space! Still, it didn't take the place of Ultra Magnus. I took Magnus to show and tell at school and I ended up losing him

I have a feeling some other kid stole him!

Damn man... I can only imagine how that must feel. I loved those toys. One of the few I didn't really share with anyone.

I honestly don't remember what happened to them. I had all of them in this huge chest along with Voltron, GI Joe and a bunch of other similar toys!

I sold all of mine the summer the first movie came out. Made over $1100. Went to Vegas for a bachelor party and bought my 360 with the money.

Haha, I remember one Christmas asking my mom to buy me a Voltron and she bought me Soundwave. It had a little cassette tape that turned into some kind of bird or something. One of my older sister's friends and his brother buried it, it was never recovered.

So wait, I just have a general question about Transformers. So you know when Optimus & Friends crash-landed on Earth and cloned their bodies to that of specific cars (or like when Bumblebee changed cars in the tunnel)? So... can't they just change into whatever they want? I mean, a Solstice would obviously lose to a... a... whatever Megatron was... some sort of ship. The point I'm trying to make is if Jazz wanted to take him on in a more competitive fashion, couldn't he have found a bigger rig and copied himself as that? Or are their abilities not bound to the kind of vehicle they are in? Like, if Jazz and Megatron switched car bodies, would Megatron still pwn Jazz?

Megatron would still beat Jazz, whether or not Megatron was the car and Jazz was the ship.

Just like Optimus would still own Destroyer even if the two of them switched.

Optimus and Megatron will always be the most powerful of the "standard" transformers, no matter what they transform into. They are that much more skilled...just like Megatron will always be more powerful than Optimus, because Optimus was not designed to be a fighter. At least, that is what I recall from the cartoons. The Decepticons are stronger than the Autobots by design, the Autobots are just the more cunning, "find a way to win" kind of good guys.
