I like that about this show though. They don't take continuity too seriously. Other shows which have done that, HIMYM for example, have just ended up disappointing me during the later seasons and so I'd rather this show just be a 30 minute escape. This allows them to go with what they think will work for an episode, and not be bogged down by having to show a transition episode.
