I just re-watched the original un-aired pilot again. So glad they didn't go with this one as it would have tanked for sure. No Howard, Penny or Raj. Just Leonard, Sheldon and two girls, Katie & Gilda.

I watched the unaired pilot a few years ago. I still remember just how badly it sucked. So happy they didn't go with that pilot, cause if they did, the show would have either not made it on tv, or been cancelled after 1st season(like many new cbs shows in past few years)

BBT was one of few shows, I really liked before it even aired. I remember hearing about the show before the premiere, and I knew from that moment it'd be a huge show.

lol, they've made Blossom reference before(before the person who was in the show, even debut on BBT).

Would be cool if they had Joey appear on the show, though he's with ABC, so doubt he'd be allowed to appear on a CBS show.

Speaking of appearing on BBT...Why didn't CBS ever get Shatner to appear on BBT? I remember he had a show on CBS before(but they cancelled it after 1 season), that would have been perfect time to have him on BBT.

Really hope he has an appearance on the show one day. And not just like a real small 20-30 second scene(like other Star Trek people had), he could be the main focus of the episode.

Really enjoyed last night's episode. Howard was back to being the normal Howard playing video games and hanging out at the lunchroom. The NASA thing dragged on a tad too long.

Penny actually getting a storyline. The chess clock scene was great. Loved Sheldon's reaction to Penny's impression of Leonard.

Finally saw this past episode..lol, Star Wars dancing game.

Funniest part of Sheldon was when he was trying to get Hawkings to make his move, and then he started knocking on his ipad like he does on doors(3 times).

Is it just me, or is the stuff that Penny has been doing in past few episodes, reminding people more about her on 8 Simple Rules? Just some random things that have been happening in past few episodes, makes it look almost like her character is a spinoff from 8 Simple Rules.

Is it just me, or is the stuff that Penny has been doing in past few episodes, reminding people more about her on 8 Simple Rules? Just some random things that have been happening in past few episodes, makes it look almost like her character is a spinoff from 8 Simple Rules.

Funny when Sheldon accepts Stuart into the group after the 30% comic book discount. So Kevin Sussman (Stuart) is now part of the main cast-a long time coming.

Interesting that they added Stuart to a partially main character.

Only reason Pennys friends were added, was cause CBS wanted more female viewers(since CBS loves female viewers,as seen by the constant romance storylines in all their shows)

Since Raj isn't really doing anything, and since Stuart is gonna be a main character, they should do some sort of storyline like Raj gets a job at Stuarts comic book store(didn't he work "with/for" Sheldon before,but since Sheldon has his own office, does Raj still have a job?)

Yes he does, if only because he's always seen eating with the gang at the Cal Tech cafeteria.

Anyone can come there and eat lol. Didn't Amy go to the university a couple of times and had lunch with them. And Howard brought his girlfriend Bernadette with him,so that he could tell everyone about his girlfriend,Bernadette. lol
