Many parts of the show doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. Young Sheldon has actually been better this season than BBT. Sheldon and Missy are the best parts of that show.

I haven't watched Young Sheldon beyond the first episode. This BBT was one of the worst I've ever seen.

Young Sheldon for me has been good. I went in with Joey/That 80s show expectations lol.

At least be happy Bernadette wasn't annoying in this one. They made her horrible the past few years. All she does is be mean to everyone most of the time. It was funny before because it happened at random moments, like her doing it to Leonard during that scavenger hunt episode, but past few seasons she does that any opportunity she gets.

Amy needs to be funnier again. Her in her earlier seasons was funny. Like her penny obsession, making up her own language, randomly watching Leonard for hours.

Raj will probably never be fixed. Though that girl from a few episodes back was my favorite possible girlfriend for him.

Penny also seems too emotional at times. Minus looks, at times it feels like Leonard could do better.

It's really funny that I'd recently read an article about that North Africa war game lol The guy who designed it in the 70's or early 80's intentionally made it to be insanely crazy long and hard and annoying. Perfect for Sheldon.

Separately, I don't think it'd have been that odd for them to at least text their friends that the son was born ok, you know? Howard's joke about Raj was funny, but given how close they are a text isn't weird.

Season finale tonight.

No word about a 13th season,so if the show does end after season 12, then this will be the last regular season finale. If it gets to season 13, I believe it'd be the longest running colour tv comedy in history (not including cartoons)

With this being the wedding episode and people getting to see Sheldons brother last week, I wonder who we'll see from Amys side. Possible dad or brother perhaps? Maybe tie-ins to Blossom?

I'm one episode behind.

I think the actors will have to take a small pay cut including their backend deals for the show to go beyond season 12. Professional pride may stop them from doing that. This last contract the top five (Parsons, Galecki, Cuoco, Helberg and Nayyar) took a small cut to help out the bottom two (Bialik & Rauch) but that was all about friends helping friends.

If CBS makes BBT end, what else do they have leading their comedy lineup?

Best but unlikely way they could continue would be going the Friends route. Every main character gets paid the exact same amount.

That's basically what they're doing now. The top five (Parsons, Galecki, Cuoco, Helberg and Nayyar) are getting $900,000 per episode while Bialik & Rauch pull in $420,000 a show. I think the bottom two accept their second banana status especially given the generosity of the other cast members and the fact they should know they are the most expendable.

Poor Stuart gets "ONLY" $50K an episode and definitely needs more screen time.

Just saw the episode with Sheldon’s brother. Best episode in a long while and I thought Jerry O Connel was perfect Georgie coming off of the Young Sheldon Show character.

Been a disappointed with this season, I actually prefer to watch Young Sheldon nowadays and I personally that was gonna bomb but have been pleasantly surprised.
