also I would trust Nolan to create a riddler that actually made sense. not some zanie goofball in a green two piece. I love the way he was able to get scare crow in the first movie. VERY creative and on point

Works for me, but I would think of him as an alternative Joker above anything else. I said that in a post after watching a House episode.

I know people don't really comment about this show anymore, but I'd like to think people still watch it anyway. I watch every episode still, just I don't want to talk to myself.

Anyway, I only had two things to say about this last episode:

- The first scene (maybe the only one, I forget) between House and Cuddy had Hugh Laurie submitting his resume for the Joker if they need him for the next Batman movie. Something about the way he spoke and carried himself in the scene made me say, "Wow, he could do this." I'm not saying they'd ever recast the Joker or that I'd want it, but it was at least worth pointing out.

- Thirteen's morals are pretty messed up. She was talking to the patient about trying to win a girl over who is already engaged to his best friend. She pushes it to the edge, almost admits his love for her herself, and even calls him an idiot for not going for it. She's all nice and such while doing it and the writers seemed like they tried to make it sound like she was making sense somehow, but she wasn't at all. She's delusional if she thinks that's okay, especially since his best friend is a good guy.


That is all. Great season so far.

Yeah house would be good as the riddler imo. I agree with WAAW that i wan't no part of Carrie in this role. He had his shot and it was terrible, time to give someone else a go at it.

I could see Williams as a creepy Riddler, Hell, Just do it sans costume...Just make him a straight serial killer leaving riddles at the murders ala Jack the Ripper letters.

With the police no longer cooperating with The Batman...you have a built in tension, As the clues are harder to collect without law enforcement trying to capture him.

Hugh Laurie would make a fascinating riddler. There's another Bat-Villain he'd do good as though the character is probably a little too out there for Nolan. The Villain is Hugo Strange. Can you imagine Laurie doing that? That'd be just damn awesome.

House is my favorite show. And he's the reason. I watch it every week not for the medical crap but for his character. It's such a fascinating character and I think a lot of that has to do with how well Hugh plays it.

So, if you want to throw him into Batman, be my guest. I'm all for it.

I know this was talked about earlier (I think) but another news report saying that Wally Pfister wants to do this entire movie in IMAX (and doesn't want to do 3D either! )

The "casting grid" apparently confirms The Riddler as the villain, with a desired age range of 35-45 for the role. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is apparently listed as "Interested" despite being only 29.
