True, which makes me realize that this was a decent trilogy that had one of the movies elevated to an amazing level because of one actor.

Well the thing that makes The Dark Knight so good in my opinion is that the script is written to test the morals and "rules" of Batman as well as Gordon and Dent. The Joker was the perfect catalyst for that, and it makes for an insanely intense film with plenty of twists and turns that is also a very personal conflict and large scale conflict at the same time.

TDKR doesn't really touch those themes like TDK did.

does anyone know if the joker appears in the next batman movie. Because of 1 of my friends told me that in the comics jokers all pissed off about beign a dying and stuff. Lol come back I really hope he does 1 helluva job with but his role .

No one has any idea what will be in the next Batman (other than, well, Batman) or when that movie will come out, or anything at all to do with it.

Theres a comic book that my boy read . He said that after Barman kills Bane, the Joker is pretty pissed off and sends a whole bunch of different goons to try to kill them.

I was wondering if anyone knew of this comic and knew if the producers would try to follow that

Doubtful since the next Batman movie will more than likely be a "reboot" of some kind.

I'd say an "advanced telling," more or less. Chances are, the elements will change up in reboot fashion, but this will still take place later as somebody else heeds the cape and cowl beyond Bruce Wayne.

However, that doesn't mean they won't throw in the different universes and tie in Superman (or any other supernatural element like that).

By the way, with the world they live in from these films, wouldn't they have made a show or film based on the true story of the Batman? That would have been epic, in TDKR, if there is a glimpse of a TV show with a Batman and a Robin together. It could be cornballish to an extent, but the point is that is what Batman would have become, and there could have been the Robin superhero sidekick easter egg as well. You can't say this would be frowned upon per se, based on the number of films based on true stories that are based on criminals/terrorists.

There's no way WB/DC is going to reboot Batman and not have Bruce Wayne under the cowl.

I would love to see a Batman show on HBO. With the budgets they give their shows, it won't look ****ty and it could attract real talent.
