Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
Ah, man, way to get me excited.
I can't see the text long enough to figure out what words it flashes twice around the :40 mark."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer -
Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
Found a slowed down version and the first word is clearly DHARMA.
There is a second that looks like INITIATIVE, but it isn't as clear.
Chances are, though, it's DHARMA INITIATIVE."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
Big season here for lost....still my favorite show on tv but i really hope the writers screw things up and jump the shark so to speak. This seems like the season that will be the turning point for the rest of the series and eventually the finale. Can't wait!Go Yankees
Go Rangers
Go Giants
